It is an exciting day for fans of Pearl and Pearl's Corner! Missisquoi River Basin Association's official fluffy friend and mascot Pearl now has her own sticker- two in fact!

After one year of writing this blog, Pearl managed to find her way on two fantastic stickers. The MRBA team wanted to surprise her and got to work looking through several cute pictures of Pearl (many of which have been featured on this blog, bonus points if you can identify the specific posts) and were able to narrow it down to just two images. Don't worry dear reader, we are well aware that most-to-all pictures of Pearl would make great stickers.
Pearl feels a deep sense of honor and would like to thank her fans as well as the MRBA staff for making this dream a reality. She wants it to be known that she has no plans of ending her reign as a blog poster or mascot any time soon.
Now, you may be wondering how you can get your hands on these one of a kind MRBA Pearl's Corner stickers. Since these stickers are so special, Pearl wants you to have to put in the work to getting them! There are four main ways you an obtain these stickers. The first is to find Pearl out and about in the watershed. As you may be aware, some of Pearl's favorite activities are swimming in the river, running in a field, or flying a drone. Hang around Riverwalk Park in Montgomery long enough and Pearl will show up.
The second way would be to stop by the MRBA/UMATR office. If you drive by our office in East Berkshire during the work day and see cars parked out front, come on in and you will be greeted by Pearl's barks. Your reward will be the stickers.
The next way to gain a sticker of Pearl would be to attend a Missisquoi River Basin Association or Upper Missisquoi and Trout Rivers Wild & Scenic Committee event. MRBA and its sister organization UMATR host several events across the region throughout the year. Visit mrbavt.com/upcoming-event and umatrvt.org/events to see what upcoming events the orginizations are hosting.
The fourth and final way to get an exclusive Pearl sticker is to volunteer with MRBA. One of Pearl's favorite activities is tree planting, more specifically, digging holes. The MRBA will be hosting several tree plantings in the spring and we would love to have you join us! For more information, email ruby@mrbavt or visit mrbavt.com/volunteer.
Happy sticker hunting and thank you for being a reader of Pearl's Corner! This stickers would not exist without people like you (and Pearl of course).
